Work that starts with a chosen technology tends to produce a system nobody asked for, so we start by getting specific about the business problem, what a good outcome looks like, and what it is worth. Sometimes the honest answer is that no software is needed.

Software & Applications

Design and build focused software around a specific business need. Small surface area, real owners, and no features that exist only to fill out a comparison table. We build for the second year — the version still doing its job long after launch — which mostly means being disciplined about what not to build.

Systems & Automation

Connect processes, data, and tools to remove friction and improve operations. A great deal of day-to-day work is people moving information between systems that should have been talking to each other. Removing that is usually faster, cheaper and more durable than replacing either system.

Ongoing Improvement

Stay involved after delivery to refine the solution as the business evolves. Software that is never touched again starts losing value the day it ships. We measure what changed, keep what works, and take out what stopped earning its place.
