From there, we work out what should be built, changed, connected, automated, or improved.
Silver Pepper Labs is a US-based technology studio. We work with a small number of clients at a time, and we stay with what we build rather than handing it off once it ships.

Most software is built to launch. We build for the second year — the version someone still pays for because it still does the job. In practice that means doing one thing well, keeping the surface area small, and taking things out when they stop earning their place.
