What that means in practice

Most software is built to launch. We build for the second year — the version someone still pays for because it still does the job. In practice that means doing one thing well, keeping the surface area small, and taking things out when they stop earning their place.

What's available today

Nothing has launched yet. The first product is in build now. When it ships we'll say so in the newsletter first, and list it here by name — this page will name real products or say plainly that there aren't any.
