Silver Pepper Labs is a US-based technology studio. We work with a small number of clients at a time and start with the problem and the outcome, not the technology — then work out what should be built, changed, connected, automated or improved.

What we do

Strategy and advisory, software, systems and automation, and the ongoing improvement that comes after delivery. Which of those a project needs is an answer, not an assumption — sometimes the honest one is that no new software is required. The solutions page covers each in more detail.

Client work

We take on a small number of projects at a time, when they fit. Keeping the number small is what makes it possible to stay with the work rather than hand it off once it ships. If you have a problem in mind, get in touch — you'll hear back within two business days.

Our own products

When a problem turns out to be worth solving repeatedly, the solution becomes a product. Nothing has launched yet; the first one is in build now. When it ships we'll say so in the newsletter first and list it by name on the products page.

How we work

Small surface area, real owners, no rotating cast. Design and engineering sit in the same room (literally or not). We ship quickly, watch what happens, and keep what works. Mistakes get fixed; bad ideas get cut.
